Lazy Meals: Sweet Chili Salmon


I know we all have our days where we don't know what to cook or don't feel like being in the kitchen forever preparing a meal.


Today's lazy air fryer meal is: Sweet Chilli Salmon with Rice and Veggies. -- You can always substitute the sweet chilli sauce with whatever sauce or seasoning to your liking to switch it up a bit every so often also.


I usually get my salmon from Aldi's or Stop & Shop due to them having larger pieces that I can cut up and freeze whatever left over pieces I have for another meal.


For today's meal I'll be seasoning the salmon with:


  • Onion powder

  • Garlic powder

  • Sazon ( no salt pack )

  • Black pepper

  • Cayenne pepper

  • Seafood seasoning

  • All purpose

  • Mikes hot honey

  • Sweet Chilli Sauce


After seasoning your salmon, place it in the air fryer at 400 for 6 mins.


After the 6 mins you'll add your sweet chilli sauce on top then place it back in for another 3 minutes.


For veggies I used a steam pack for this meal, I placed the bag of veggies in the microwave for 4 minutes & then served on top of the rice with the salmon.
