Emerging superstar Manii Ling was born and raised in Crown Heights Brooklyn, NY. She discovered her passion for music in 2007 at just 7 years old, and it has only grown since then. Her musical influences include people like Drake, Mariah Carey, and Rihanna. Giving herself the name “Srapper” for her combination of rapping and singing on tracks similar to Drake. Relating herself to Rihanna also coming from Barbadian roots.
Manii has continued to elevate her music although enduring many trials and tribulations on her journey. Not only continuously encouraging herself to pursue a music career but also motivating almost every friend that crossed her path as well. Thinking to herself, when I truly make it; I want all my friends to make it as well.
Launching her very own girl group, Racks On Demand (ROD) in 2014 which would ultimately become an independent label. In 2022, Manii fully transitioned into a solo artist and entered the female Drill rap scene in NYC, many coining her the new “Queen Of Drill”. Simultaneously adjusting and coaching the ROD roster. Dreaming of one day being the first women in rap to gain major success for not only her but her all female label.
