Sourcing you to the girls of rap.
From Summer of 2021 into 2022, the girls of New York have been stepping. HEAVY. Here at SourcedBy, we're going to make sure we give them their flowers and highlight these women.
Smoove is going to be introducing you to the women of rap two at a time. Without further a do, lets start off with two of Brooklyn's finest..
Lola Brooke.
Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn.

Lola has been in freestyling since 2015. First freestyle on soundcloud with Milly roc's own, 2Milly. Fast forward some time and she is out with her latest freestyle, "2022 Flows". Throwing bars around for 7 year, starting as a junior in high school, has grown Lola to the main stage. Lola has been seen on platforms like From The Block, On The Radar, Shade45, Bars on I-95 and many more.
Lola currently has 11.5k monthly listeners on Spotify and is growing rapidly everyday. She just dropped her latest single, and video to "2022 Flows". Following up on her latest freestyle on Off The Radar. It was also just announced she is going to be on the SXSW stage this year. Wishing her nothing but success and prosperity.
Billy B.
East New York, Brooklyn.

Billy B, also known as, Billy Bleu is one of Flatbush's finest. Dropping in 2015 with one of her first major singles, "GIRL SCOUT COOKIES" that started a humble beast's career. Billy has continued to drop freestyles, remix's and singles since then. She has continued to flourish all over the state of New York.
Billy recently has been seen on platforms like DJ Drewski's, The MVMT Live Podcast. New York's very own, On The Radar. Lyrical Fess Up. From The Block. With a youtube channel filled with videos of her climbing the rap ladder, she also has a Spotify monthly listener count of about 450. I am excited to see how high Billy climbs in the year of 2022. Salute to her and make sure youre tapping in.
Tune in next week to meet two other powerhouses of rap.
