Focus being to place independent artists on this Apple Music playlist monthly with intentions of being heard by other than just their audience. To highlight & expose.

With having about 1,200 followers on Apple Music, I like to make sure I tap my follower in with something other than mainstream music.

This month, I added 10 songs in total. Majority of these songs I discovered via AudioMack. Which is another DSP I recommend to all audio artists. Legit the first 5 songs. Others were word to mouth & personal favs.

Rich Boston Richey is a Florida based artist. This song has a bop to it that makes me feel like im riding. lol. iykyk. Florida men and the music that comes out of Florida is different. Although this is a Michigan-style beat, Tallahassee's own floated on it.

Taxin - WB Nutty.

This shit is tough. Just as simple as that. This song is something, sound wise, that I prefer to listen to. Topic wise, I fuck with the concept and what he is making the music about. Makes me feel invincible.

Whole Lotta K Shit - K ShiDay & K Goddess

Women have been coming crazy within the last year. Stepping a lot harder than these male rappers for sure. I am familiar with K Goddess due to Pyros album and I am already a fan of her sound. She suited this song perfectly. The energy from both women is absolutely perfect. Literally a whole lotta K shit. You Lost - Shaé Universe.

I am INLOOOOOOVEEEEEEEEEEEE with this project. OBSESSED. FAN GIRL. THIS PROJECT IS EVERYTHING FOR ME. & I am very pleased to know she is from England. This is the soulful modern day music I yearn for. I still spin Summer Walkers “Over It” in rotation every single day. I feel like this entire EP will have me in the same chokehold as Summer’s. I sent it to so many people because I am so in love with it. NO SKIPS.

My guy Rav. I like knowing people who make good music because this is some heat. Def gives OG Nav vibes and I love every second of it. Ravi is def talking very heavily on flexing on a shorty that isnt good for him. On some fly shit.

Stallin - Shann ft Floyd.

First, salutations to Shann. I discovered her via IG live with her manager, Ahmad Davis. She played this song as well some unreleased music for us and I absolutely loved her voice and the feels. "You need to pick up the phone when a bad bitch calling". I love when the girls honestly talk about going through it with a man. We all go through it. Only other women who do that is Kehlani and SZA. So I am a fan. Floyd was a good feature. Carried the flow well & even the sounds of their voices synced. Men truly play too much. Smh.
