After being in the garden with the women of sneakers in New York, Stephani and I walked a few blocks to ATMOS’s New York location for their Women’s panel. HERimpact is a wmn’s driven panel that discussed women’s impact and presence in the sneaker community.

HERimpact featured 4 power filled women coming from different lanes of work. Moderator, BeEYEconic’s CEO, Ashlee Muhammad checking in from Harlem itself. Ashlee is also a stylist. On the panel, Ashlee was in attendance with her new sneaker with in collab with NinetyNine Products. NinteyNine Products is a Global Harlem Brand that has committed to not pricing their sneakers over $99. BeEYEConic is a brand whose custom designs embody women empowerment, self expression, and self love. Ashlee has embarked on the task to change the world one self esteem at a time.

Following up on the line up, ATMOS features Coach’s Influencer Marketing and Strategy Manager, Toni Payne. Ohio’s own, came to New York on the cheapest bus with $400 in her pocket. Discussing her journey and standpoints in 07 AN20 'Midnight Navy'. Payne’s resume being filled with roles dominating the music industry, Tori is on the road to success joining the fashion industry with Coach.

Ramshah Kanwal, is a photographer, stylist and owner of her business, “CHARGE IT TO THE GAME”. Charge it to the game is deeper than a phrase. Charge it to the game is a lifestyle. Being born in, Pakistan and being grown in New York has set her up for nothing besides success. Stepping in her classic all white uptowns, Rams was able to give us some insight to her style and work. The best thing she spoke upon was how importance of knowing the history behind things. She was very open about studying 90's Nike ads. Fonts, colors, product placements and just how they were pushed.

Completing the line up, we have Benn Lorenzo. Besides being a beautiful twin, she is a model. Coming to the panel in her most sentimental pair of 1s, the Silver Toe 1s. She was beyond transparent in discussion regarding her journey as a model. Making sure she expressed the importance of knowing your worth and the value of your time.

Brooklyn's world famous Sweet Chick fed us during the intermission of the panel. That day in Harlem was a lot of first experiences for me. Including trying their famous chicken sandwich. Absolutely delicious. Kept us all full and ready for the second half of the panel. Thank you Sweet Chick!

Thursday being my first time in and around the ATMOS team and stores, I can wholeheartedly say they are a great team. Looking forward to visiting the other locations and constantly supporting the brand.
