As the sun begins to stay longer, the legs are out, collar bones exposed and that glistening summer skin, you better believe that if it‘s one season the people are going to show out for it is summer.

Every summer we witness old trends make a comeback and new trends make an arrival within the fashion world. Although I believe colors are for every season as long as you’re doing it right, spring and summer just so happens to be the the seasons of color.

Not only have crocs been around way before anyone decided to payed attention to them, but they have become an overall comfort fashion trend and for the people who like to dress their crocs with actual outfits ? Crocs has not come to play with giving us options. Crocs have been great with their marketing and taking advantage of extra popularity by doing collaborations with different companies and celebrities. Crocs has made sure that there is a collaborative shoe for everyone’s taste.

Croc recently did a cereal collaboration with Trix, Honey Nut Cheerios, Cocoa Puffs and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Rumor has it that the shoe literally smells like the cereal which was a cool spin and probably brought back some good childhood memories for some people.

While on the other hand Salehebembury‘s collaboration has been the only Crocs collab to my knowledge where the entire shoe got a make over and we’re not talking about adding things to the ordinary croc. For the people who appreciate art and detail, this collaboration is for you. It is refreshing to see a shoe like the croc to be produced the way it was with this collab and shoe honestly speaks for itself.

Towel terry cloth has made it to the top 10 most poplar fabric of the summers, an oldie but goodie. Towel terry cloth was also a very popular an trendy fabric of choice back then, it’s always so surprising to see what items or looks make a come back after being out of style for so long and if you know anything about the towel polo pool shorts, then you know exactly what I’m talking about.

Old brands have also made a come back such as Juicy Couture, Guess, Von Dutch, ect.

If you haven’t caught on to the hoochie daddy shorts wave, then you’re definitely a little behind on the “it” things that the men are loving this summer.

I may ruffle a few feathers with this ones, but it just goes to show how influential fashion is because it was only a few guys that were willing to strut shorts that were “above the knee.” Plenty of men thought it was “a lil sweet” to wear garments as such, but now ? You can’t tell a man he don’t look good in his little shorts and fashion is the reason for that.

Don’t get me wrong, that statement isn’t to discourage anyone at all. I know all the ladies are trying to see men with their legs out just as much as the men anticipate it from the women. Nike, Shein, Eric Emanuel just to name a few have been dedicating their days to the hoochie daddy movement.
