March Maxness

Nike changed the sneaker game with the innovation of Science to transform the way people walk, run, and even hoop. Nike has used many inspirations to create shoes but it was the use of air cushion technology that brought some of the dopest, freshest, and comfortable shoes to ever be made, the Nike Air Max. The first ever air max was the Air Tailwind. This sneaker uniquely didn't feature a visible air unit. It resembles the Cortez and Waffles from my perspective.

The following decade that changed when Tinker Hatfield and the Nike Team developed some of our favorite air max silhouettes, Air Max 1s, 180s, 2s, 270s, 2003, 2090s, 360s, 90s, 95, 97s and many more.

Air Maxes are celebrated on all social media apps known as March Maxness and Air Max Day which was on the 26th. This allows for the sneaker community to display the dope creations from Nike and their best heat from their collections. Some of my personal favorites silhouettes include the Air Max 1, 90, and 97s. I enjoy seeing the others for their distinctive style.

As the month concludes, rock your air maxes if you have any pairs or cop your first you wont regret adding a piece of cultivating history to your sneaker rotation!
